21 Years Old Khadija From Kolkata Was Born Without a Face & Eyes
Khadija, when she was born, she couldn’t open her eyes, the doctors even gave up and said that there’s nothing they could do. Her skin kept on growing. Khadija and her family nowadays is surviving by begging in the streets. She goes for begging with her father.
Few weeks ago the Facebook page of The Logical Indian posted a picture of here with a tag line “a girl without a face”. That post got viral and got thousand of comments empathy, many of them came in front to help her. Naseeb Ahluwalia was one of them, he created a Facebook page to support her and came across Jay Varma, a businessman from Kolkata. He helped him to locate Khadija’s home and family and got in touch with them.
Jay gave instructions to his 10-15 office staffs for searching her. They even wrote a letter to the commissioner of Police regarding this. Though they locate her house after 7-8 days. Trying to find Khadija in a city of 15 million people was the most difficult task.
Jay offered to help Khadija and her family and he also told them that he would take care of their all family expenses for a whole year. Naseeb and Jay has started to raise funds for Khadija and here family. In the mean time they got in touch with another person from Mangalore, Dr. Mustafa Khadir who assure them to treat Khadija free of cost.
